Production & Reactor Operations
Material Loading: Safely add raw materials (bags, drums, and totes) into reactors for the manufacturing of finished products.
Quality Sampling: Collect samples of all finished products and deliver them to the designated lab or staging areas for testing.
System Feedback: Provide timely updates to supervisors regarding equipment performance or any production issues.
Packaging & Inventory Management
Precision Preparation: Prepare packaging materials for current and upcoming shifts, ensuring all labels are accurate and correctly applied.
Product Care: Ensure all finished goods are properly cleaned and stored in a consistent, safe manner.
Logistics Coordination: Communicate with the Shipping & Receiving team to ensure products are placed in the correct, clean storage locations.
Quality Control: Identify, mark, and correctly dispose of any damaged products according to company standards.
Safety & Continuous Improvement
Safety Leadership: Act as a leader in all Safe Work Practices, strictly adhering to workplace policies and participating in weekly "Toolbox Talks."
Ongoing Growth: Actively participate in training, cross-training, and site-wide initiatives focused on health, safety, and quality (HSQ).

Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Licensing: Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
Reliability: Highly punctual with a strong commitment to being on time for shift changes.
Work Ethic: A dedicated professional who works well under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience: No previous experience is required—we provide comprehensive, paid on-the-job training to set you up for success!
Preferred Assets:
Previous forklift experience or certification is considered a strong asset.
