a construction site, particularly roofing, landscaping, or general installation of products, who is ready to transition into a training and mentorship position. The trainer will be the on-site expert, working directly with customers, including roofers, contractors, and installers, to conduct hands-on training on the proper installation of their window products. This position blends field work with customer interaction and requires a willingness to travel to job sites and training events, primarily within the Greater Toronto Area territory.

Responsibilities
◾Lead engaging hands-on training sessions for roofers and installers on the proper installation of products.
◾Deliver training on sales techniques aimed at increasing profitability and business opportunities for trainees.
◾Work closely with the internal sales team to manage your schedule and training calendar.
◾Support customers at the showroom when not traveling for field work.
◾Help create training materials and track trainee information using the internal CRM system.
◾Ensure safety and quality standards are met during all training activities
◾Travel to job sites and training events using a mobile setup, or host sessions at the company's dedicated Academy.
Qualifications
◾Proficiency in building, roofing, or construction practices. No extensive experience is required, just familiarity with construction sites
◾Familiarity with the specific tools utilized in window installation is preferred
◾Proficiency in essential technology tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
◾Effective verbal and written communication skills are imperative.
◾Overnight travel is required (approximately 25% annually).
◾Must be capable of lifting, climbing, and stooping with loads exceeding 60 lbs.
◾No formal sales experience is required, only a passion for construction and helping others succeed.
