Location: Calgary, AB (Servicing Alberta market; travel outside as needed)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Flexibility required based on project needs)
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (Based on experience)

Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Service Manager and working autonomously in the field
Expert Installations: Lead the setup and commissioning of advanced woodworking and industrial machinery at client sites.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Perform onsite and remote diagnostics on electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems to minimize client downtime.
Client Training: Empower customers by providing hands-on training for machine operators and maintenance staff.
Technical Reporting: Generate detailed intervention reports to document repairs, parts used, and machine performance.
Safety & Excellence: Maintain a methodical approach to troubleshooting while ensuring a safety-first environment for yourself and the customer.
Qualifications
What are we looking for in a candidate?
Technical Background: Strong foundational knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, and Pneumatic systems.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in equipment installation or industrial electrical component maintenance.
Soft Skills: A positive, customer-first attitude with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly.
Independence: An autonomous worker who is methodical, organized, and capable of managing their own travel and toolset.
Analytical Mindset: A "solution-oriented" thinker who enjoys digging into root causes.
