Qualifications
Education & Experience:
•High school diploma required; technical training preferred.
•Experience with compressed air systems is an asset; full training provided.
•Backgrounds in mechanical, millwright, HVAC, electrical, electronics, or CNG systems considered strong assets.
Skills & Knowledge:
•Familiarity with AC/DC circuits, wiring diagrams, motors, PLCs, HVAC, and/or refrigeration systems.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office and mobile computing devices (iPhone, iPad).
•Ability to use precision diagnostic tools and read equipment manuals.
•Strong commitment to integrity, safety, and ongoing learning.
•Excellent communication and teamwork skills
•Proficiency in using diagnostic and testing equipment
•A focus on safety and quality work
•Promote company values in people, quality, and growth
Other Requirements:
•Must own standard tools (specialty tools provided).
•Able to work in various conditions (hot/cold environments, confined spaces, ladders/aerial platforms).
•Physically fit for lifting (up to 75 lbs) and hands-on field work.
•Clean criminal record and valid Class 5 driver’s license (no major violations).
•Canadian passport and ability to travel within Canada and the U.S. for training.
•Participation in a drug- and alcohol-free workplace policy.
•Based in the BC Lower Mainland region.
Physical and Working Conditions:
•Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing physical tasks like reaching, kneeling, and standing for long periods
•Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and weather elements
•Work in a physically demanding environment (lifting, kneeling, standing)
•Must follow safety regulations and handle equipment
•Use of personal protective equipment provided
