Proven experience as a Final Quality Inspector or Quality Inspector within a manufacturing environment.
• Highly experienced in reading complex technical blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Inspect finished products for conformity to work order specifics and established quality standards.
• Utilize precision measuring tools and equipment to assess dimensional accuracy, visual and overall product quality.
• Report any non-conformity to Quality Assurance and internal teams to facilitate corrective action.
• Conduct visual inspections to identify defects, damages, or deviations from established standards.
• Strong familiarity with product inspection within a fast-paced machine shop or sheet metal environment.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP software.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as regular cross-functional collaboration is required.
• Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for visual defects and minor dimensional deviations.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Final Quality Inspector or Quality Inspector within a manufacturing environment.
• Highly experienced in reading complex technical blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Proficient in using basic and advanced measuring devices, including micrometers, vernier calipers, tape measures, and thread gauges.
• Strong familiarity with product inspection within a fast-paced machine shop or sheet metal environment.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP software.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as regular cross-functional collaboration is required.
• Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for visual defects and minor dimensional deviations.
