In this finance & accounting role, you will be the backbone of the administrative team. Your primary focus as a Financial Administrative Assistant will involve data cleansing within the Epicor ERP system and maintaining complex spreadsheets. We are looking for a Financial Administrative Assistant who is not afraid of repetitive, detail-heavy tasks and who takes pride in the accuracy of their work. Whether you are assisting with accounts receivable or managing digital filing systems, your contribution as a Financial Administrative Assistant will directly impact the efficiency of the Burlington office.

Advantages
• Competitive pay rate of $22.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience.
• 2 Month contract with possibility for extention

• Monday-Friday, 8:30-5 (fully in office)
Responsibilities
• Assist with data cleansing activities in Epicor, including reviewing, validating, and updating financial records.
• Work extensively in Excel to support data cleanup and reporting using formulas and VLOOKUPs.
• Assist with basic accounts receivable tasks, including invoice preparation, processing, and distribution.
• Support light collections activities such as follow-up emails and maintaining documentation.
• Scan, upload, and organize financial and operational documents into the digital database.
• Complete scanning, filing, and document management tasks across multiple departments.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of basic records, such as purchase orders (POs).
• Provide relief support to other teams as needed, including general administrative and clerical tasks.
• Assist with high-volume data entry and record-keeping activities to ensure system accuracy.
• Support day-to-day office and administrative needs as assigned by the finance manager.
Qualifications
• Previous office, administrative, or data-focused experience is preferred.
• Post-secondary education in business or finance is an asset.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically with VLOOKUPs and basic formulas.
• Comfort performing repetitive, detail-oriented data and administrative tasks with high accuracy.
• Highly organized, dependable, and capable of managing routine tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills for professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• No advanced accounting experience required; we value your willingness to learn and your attention to detail!
