Responsibilities
- Create dynamic Excel models and automate repetitive tasks.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting by interpreting, compiling, and loading data submissions from other departments.
- Prepare assigned journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations for month-end close.
- Review billings and invoices to resolve issues such as late charges or over-charging.
- Use a business process management system to follow up on issues and report on past-due purchase orders.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize conflicting demands and meet business deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions like V-lookups and pivot tables.
- Experience with ERP and SAP systems, as well as business process management software.
- Knowledge of financial accounting systems, procedures, and industry practices.
