Responsibilities
- Analyze monthly financial results, trends, and variances versus budget and forecast.
- Build and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reporting, including margin trends, cash flow forecasts, and departmental spend.
- Develop financial models and scenario plans for revenue, expenses, and working capital.
- Partner with the Manager, Financial & Business Analytics to consolidate annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure accurate standard costing for new and existing parts.
- Review job variances and work order closures for financial accuracy.
- Develop financial models and scenario plans for revenue, expenses, and working capital.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- 3–5+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI and ERP systems (Epicor preferred)
- Solid understanding of costing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
