Responsibilities
Prepare financial reports including monthly reporting to head office, actual vs. plan, variance analysis, and monthly budgeting
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities as required
Support month-end close, including preparation of journal entries
Complete corporate credit card reconciliations and settlement activities
Review and support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Record and maintain fixed asset additions in the accounting system
Ensure all transactions are properly supported and audit-ready
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data and reporting
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of accounting experience
Strong Excel skills required
Experience with accounting systems (e.g., SAP)
Solid understanding of accounting principles
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
