You will play a crucial role in recording and analyzing employee-related expenses, supporting post-acquisition integrations, and driving automation across finance operations. This position provides strong exposure to various financial processes and technologies, including SAP, NetSuite, Power BI, and Python.

Responsibilities
•Record and analyze employee-related expenses in the general ledger
•Support financial processes using ERP platforms such as SAP and NetSuite
•Identify and implement automation and process improvement initiatives
•Utilize tools like Python, Power BI, Alteryx, RPA, and advanced Excel (including VBA/macros) to streamline manual processes
•Collaborate with finance teams, including those from acquired entities, to align and integrate accounting processes
•Contribute to broader accounting and finance initiatives, especially those linked to mergers and acquisitions
•Perform independent financial analyses and reporting tasks as assigned
•Engage with a variety of finance systems and gain broad operational exposure
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
•Minimum of 2 years' experience in corporate accounting or financial analysis
•Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP and NetSuite preferred)
•Advanced Excel capabilities including VBA and macros
•Experience with automation and analytics tools such as Python, Power BI, and RPA
•Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Self-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
•Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
