- Lead the accounting department and enhance internal controls.
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations.
- Direct financial planning, budget management, and financial audits.
- Monitor monthly operating results and report to management.
- Analyze financial data for contract negotiations and investment decisions.

- Monitor and manage foreign currency trading and debt levels.
- Oversee job costing and profitability analysis.
- Prepare compliance reports and documentation.
- Manage product costing models and price pages.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the person who will occupy the role of Controller, must be responsible for leading the accounting department, and oversee day-to-day finance operations.
- Direct financial planning, budget management, and financial audits.
- Monitor monthly operating results and report to management.
- Analyze financial data for contract negotiations and investment decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and institutional guidelines.
- Monitor and manage foreign currency trading and debt levels.

Qualifications
- University degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA certification
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years experience.
- Experience with job cost accounting.
- 2+ years of controllership/managerial experience.
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
