Shift Times: Usually 8 hours, starting between 6:30 am. and 9:00 a.m. (Flexibility for evenings/weekends is appreciated!).

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
As a vital part of our production cycle, your day-to-day will involve:
Crafting Quality: Assemble, mix, and package premium meat products (chicken, beef, and pork) following specialized recipes and standards.
Precision Operation: Monitor and operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks to ensure every product meets our "gold standard" for safety and excellence.
Team Collaboration: Partner with your colleagues to hit production targets while maintaining a spotless, organized workspace.
Compliance & Safety: Maintain our high standards for HACCP, GMP, and WorkSafeBC requirements—keeping yourself and your teammates safe.
Qualifications
Reliability: You show up ready to go and thrive in a fast-paced, repetitive environment.
Physical Stamina: You are comfortable standing for your shift, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a brisk, temperature-controlled environment (4°C).
Attention to Detail: You have a keen eye for quality and can maintain accurate production records.
Communication: You can follow instructions clearly in English and aren't afraid to speak up about safety or quality concerns.
Experience: Previous experience in food prep, kitchens, or warehouses is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most!
