What You’ll Bring to the Team:
We're searching for someone who treats their equipment and their work with precision and care.
The Non-Negotiable: A valid, current forklift certification for both the Reach Truck and the Sit-Down Counterbalance. (If you don't have both, we can't move forward!)
Dual-Threat Experience: You have proven, recent experience logging hours on both machines. You manage product movement with efficiency and accuracy.
A Safety-First Mindset: You prioritize safety above all else, maintaining high standards for precision and efficiency in a busy warehouse environment.

Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Northwest Edmonton & Sherwood Park available
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Enjoy your evenings!)
Wage: $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Masterful Operation: Safely and skillfully operating both the Sit-Down Counterbalance Forklift and the Reach Truck to manage the movement and careful placement of products.
Customer Order Champion: Playing an active role in the picking and packing process, ensuring customer orders are accurately and timely fulfilled.
Inventory Integrity: Conducting precise inventory checks and counts that keep our records perfectly aligned with current operations.
Teaming Up: Communicating effectively and working closely with teammates to guarantee all tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
Lending a Hand: Safely assisting the team with the physical handling of materials, including lifting up to 50 lbs as operational requirements dictate.
Qualifications
Certification: A current, valid forklift and reach certification (This is a firm requirement!).
Experience: Proven and recent experience operating both a sit-down counterbalance forklift and a reach truck.
Background: 1-2 years of solid experience in a warehouse or industrial setting.
Fitness: The physical ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
Clearance: The ability to successfully pass drug and alcohol testing and a criminal record check.
