Responsibilities
-Safely operate a Sit-Down Counterbalance (SDCB) forklift
-Load and unload LTL freight from trailers
-Properly stage, stack, and secure freight
-Perform dock work including palletizing and freight movement
-Follow all workplace safety standards and procedures
-Meet productivity and accuracy expectations
Qualifications
-Valid forklift certification (SDCB required)
-Previous LTL loading experience is mandatory
-Experience in a warehouse, transportation, or cross-dock setting
-Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Reliable and punctual
