Responsibilities
You will be the vital link in our operations, with core duties including:
Expert Forklift Operation: Skillfully operating the sit-down counterbalance forklift to safely and efficiently move products.
Order Fulfillment: Playing a direct role in the picking and packing process to get orders ready for customers.
Inventory Integrity: Conducting accurate inventory checks and counts based on current orders.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with teammates to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Physical Contribution: Safely assisting the team with the physical handling of heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) when required.
Qualifications
To be a successful candidate, you must meet the following requirements:
A valid forklift certification (This is a non-negotiable requirement).
Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift (reach experience is a strong asset).
1-2 years of previous experience in a warehouse or industrial setting.
The physical ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
The ability to successfully pass drug and alcohol testing.
