Responsibilities
- Precision Operation: Safely handle and maneuver various Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including Counterbalance, Reach, Raymond Reach, Order Pickers, or Walkies.
- Supply Chain Flow: Keep production moving by loading/unloading inbound and outbound trailers and staging raw materials.
- Digital Tracking: Use handheld RF scanning technology to log inventory movements and maintain real-time database accuracy.
- Safety Leadership: Complete mandatory pre-shift equipment inspections and help maintain a clean, zero-incident work zone.
Qualifications
- Valid Credentials: A current, recognized Forklift Certification is highly preferred (Counterbalance, Reach, or Walkie).
- Proven Track Record: Minimum of 1 year of recent experience operating material handling equipment (MHE) within a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or industrial manufacturing center.
- Professional Dependability: Excellent punctuality, a strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
- Fast-Paced Adaptability: The ability to stay focused, accurate, and safe during peak production hours.
