Responsibilities
- Safely and skillfully operate counterbalance forklifts and reach trucks to transport, stack, and organize high-volume inventory throughout the facility.
- Finalize and secure outbound cargo by staging, wrapping, and prepping pallet loads to guarantee stability and prevent transit damage.
- Execute fast-paced loading and unloading of trailers and containers, maintaining a safe, continuous, and efficient logistics workflow.
- Maintain stock integrity through regular cycle counts, organized storage practices, and the proactive elimination of workplace hazards.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating a Counterbalance or Reach forklift.
- Valid and external Forklift certification.
- Physically capable of safely lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Prior experience working within a warehouse or manufacturing facility.
