This opportunity features a starting pay rate between $22.00 – $24.00 per hour, operating on a standard daytime shift from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (with occasional overtime for special inventory projects).

Responsibilities
Accurately pick orders using a manual paper-based system, prep shipments, and verify paperwork with a future transition toward RF scanners.
Safely operate Reach and Sit-Down Counterbalance (SDCB) forklifts roughly 30% to 50% of the day to unload flatbed trucks, drop pallets, and stock inventory.
Load and unload equipment and parts, handling both tiny components and heavy, awkward items up to 6 feet long.
Transition between the indoor warehouse and the outdoor yard to safely unload flat deck trailers in various weather conditions.
Work closely with a small team to maintain a clean shop floor, keep communication open, and participate in team-lifts for heavier items.
Qualifications
Must hold valid, up-to-date certifications for both Reach and Sit-Down Counterbalance forklifts.
Comfortably able to lift and move heavy products weighing between 50 to 70 lbs on a regular basis (utilizing team lifts when required).
A proven track record of reliable attendance, strong retention with previous employers, and arriving on time every day.
Fluent English communication skills (both verbal and written) and basic computer literacy to handle order information.
Must provide your own 6-inch safety steel-toed boots.
