This is a high-impact, full-time role offering a competitive hourly rate of $21.00 to $22.00. We are looking for a true professional ready to dominate the night shift, ensuring maximum productivity and zero errors. You will be at the controls of a Sit-Down Counterbalance Forklift, executing rapid and safe material handling: blitz-loading and unloading dozens of trailers, organizing the entire dock floor for next-day dispatch, and conducting critical inventory scanning.

Responsibilities
Expert proficiency in operating a Sit-Down Counterbalance Forklift.
Strong commitment to safety standards and best practices in a high-volume dock environment.
Excellent ability to read, interpret, and accurately execute shipment manifests and instructions.
Proficiency in using RF scanners and basic data entry/inventory systems.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently without constant supervision
Exceptional attention to detail for accurate inventory counts and loading procedures.
Qualifications
Valid Forklift Certification and demonstrated experience operating a Sit-Down Counterbalance Forklift.
Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in a high-volume warehouse, cross-dock LTL, or logistics environment.
Availability and commitment to a full-time schedule (specific hours will be discussed).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Reliable transportation to the Southeast Calgary logistics hub.
