Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a Stand-Up Counterbalance (Dock Stocker) to move, stack, and stage HVAC equipment
Efficiently load and unload incoming/outgoing trailers
Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements:
Valid Stand-Up Counterbalance / Dock Stocker ticket/license, minimum 1 year forklift experience.
1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Strong commitment to workplace safety and reliability

Responsibilities
Perform order picking, packing, and shipping tasks. Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock inventory.
Operate a Stand-Up Counterbalance (dock stocker) forklift to move materials. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and documentation.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications
Valid Forklift certificate (Stand-Up Counterbalance).
Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse experience and/or recent forklift operation.
Experience with dock stocker machine operation preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Background in material handling and order picking.
Good computer skills are advantageous. Must provide two supervisory references from the past 5 years.
