Inventory Accuracy: Precise stock movement, high-bay stacking, and retrieval using Reach Trucks and RF scanners.
Dock Operations: Fast-paced trailer loading/unloading to maintain smooth freight flow.
Order Fulfillment: On-time order picking and stock replenishment to hit daily shipping targets.
Equipment Checks: Quick daily pre-shift safety inspections on assigned machinery.
Safety First: Strict adherence to facility protocols to keep work aisles safe and hazard-free.
Team Collaboration: Active partnership with floor teams to consistently exceed production goals.
Qualifications
Valid Certification: Certified to operate Reach Truck, Counterbalance, Order Picker, Dock Stocker, or Walkie equipment.
Safety First: Proven record of safe, accurate driving in high-volume warehouse environments.
Dependable & Punctual: Reliable history of on-time attendance for every scheduled shift.
Physically Active: Comfortable standing for full shifts and repeatedly lifting up to 50 lbs.
