Pay Rate: $23.00 / hour
Status: Full-Time, 40 hours/week, contract to hire position

Responsibilities
Keep Things Moving: Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to keep the dock running smoothly.
Load & Unload: Handle freight of all shapes and sizes from trailers.
Stay Active: Engage in manual handling, including regularly lifting up to 50 lbs.
Maintain the Space: Keep the dock and workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Team Up: Collaborate with your coworkers to hit daily production goals.
Qualifications
Certification: A valid external Forklift License.
Experience: 1+ years of proven experience on a sit-down forklift (cross-docking experience is a big plus).
Physical Capability: Ability to handle consistent physical lifting up to 50 lbs.
Reliability: Dependable personal transportation to consistently make the 2:00 AM start time.
Mindset: A calm, professional approach and a strong focus on workplace safety.
