Responsibilities
• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehouse or industrial setting.
Deep understanding of safety protocols within manufacturing & logistics.
• Ability to operate machinery in tight spaces or high-traffic areas.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Attention to detail for inventory counting and shipment verification.
• Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and occasional manual lifting.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
• Valid Forklift Certification (Counterbalance, Reach, or specialized equipment).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Forklift Operator. • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliability and punctuality for the early morning shift start time.
• Steel-toed safety boots and adherence to PPE requirements.
• Prior experience in manufacturing & logistics is highly preferred.
