Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment, including Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, Stand-Up Reach, Order Pickers, and Electric Walkies.
Material Flow & Logistics: Execute precise loading and unloading of transport trailers, transfer inventory across facilities, and stage raw materials for production lines.
Inventory Control: Utilize handheld RF scanners to track stock movement, update warehouse management systems, and maintain accurate inventory counts.
Safety & Compliance: Conduct pre-operational equipment inspections daily and strictly follow facility safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
Certification: Valid, active Forklift License/Certification preferred (Counterbalance, Reach Truck, or Electric Walkie).
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent material handling equipment operation within a high-volume manufacturing or logistics environment.
Reliability: Proven record of punctual attendance, dependable work ethic, and a team-oriented approach.
Performance: Ability to maintain exceptional safety standards and accuracy within a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting.
