Responsibilities
Safe Equipment Operation: Securely and efficiently maneuver material handling equipment (MHE), including Counterbalance, Reach, Order Pickers, and Walkies.
Logistics Support: Streamline the flow of goods by loading and unloading trailers, as well as staging inventory efficiently for production lines.
Inventory Control: Utilize handheld RF scanners to ensure accurate, real-time tracking of product movements.
Safety Advocacy: Conduct mandatory daily pre-shift inspections and actively contribute to maintaining a zero-injury workplace culture.
Qualifications
Certifications: A valid Forklift Certification is highly preferred (Counterbalance, Reach, Raymond Reach, or Walkie).
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of proven experience operating forklifts within an industrial, manufacturing, or warehousing environment.
Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality, dependability, and collaborative teamwork.
Adaptability: The ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
