Position Overview:
Role: Forklift Operator / Material Handler (Temp-to-Perm)
Compensation: $21.00 – $23.00/hour
Location: Milton, ON
Work Environment: Dynamic mix of indoor facility and outdoor yard operations.
Qualifications:
Certifications: Any valid Forklift Certification (Counterbalance, Reach, Order Picker, etc.).
Experience: Background in stock replenishment, order picking, or shipping/receiving.
Adaptability: Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions when required.
Attendance: A proven record of excellent attendance and professional reliability.

Qualifications
License: Valid certification for Reach, Dock Stocker, Order Picker, Counterbalance, or Walkie.
Performance: Proven ability to operate safely and efficiently under pressure.
Reliability: Excellent attendance, punctuality, and a history of long-term job commitment.
Physical Demands: Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
Schedule: Available for consistent, full-time weekly hours.
