Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Northwest Edmonton
Schedule:Monday to Friday
Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Wage: $22/hr ($.50 premium for afternoon shift)

Responsibilities
Your core duties will include:
Precision Forklift Operation: Skillfully operating both the Sit-Down Counterbalance Forklift and the Reach Truck to safely and efficiently manage product movement and placement.
Customer Order Fulfillment: Playing a direct and active role in the picking and packing process, ensuring accurate and timely readiness of customer orders.
Maintaining Inventory Integrity: Conducting accurate inventory checks and counts that align precisely with current operational orders.
Effective Team Collaboration: Working closely and communicating proactively with teammates to guarantee all tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
Physical Contribution & Support: Safely assisting the team with the necessary physical handling of heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) as operational requirements demand.
Qualifications
To be a successful candidate, you must meet the following requirements:
A valid forklift certification (This is a non-negotiable requirement).
Proven and recent experience operating a sit down counterbalance forklift and reach truck.
1-2 years of previous experience in a warehouse or industrial setting.
The physical ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
The ability to successfully pass drug and alcohol testing and a criminal record check.
