Key Responsibilities
Operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, and counterbalance forklifts safely at elevated heights.
Pick, stage, and inspect high-volume product orders for accuracy according to system directives.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse work area.
Qualifications
Prior experience with material handling equipment (reach truck or cherry picker preferred).
Comfortable working at elevated rack heights.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and safety commitment.
Valid forklift certification is an asset (paid on-site training provided).

Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment & Staging: Review production schedules, work orders, shipping documents, and requisitions to accurately select and move materials.
Equipment Operation: Safely load, unload, stack, and stage products using forklifts, clamp trucks, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other material handling equipment.
Inventory Management: Organize and store inventory in designated bins, racks, or shelves based on established sequences such as size, type, or SKU code.
Material Handling: Execute picking, packing, kitting, and assembly operations to prepare customer orders efficiently from warehouse stock.
Quality Assurance: Inspect orders for precision, packaging integrity, and adherence to company quality standards and ISO 9001 compliance procedures.
Safety & Equipment Care: Conduct pre-shift safety inspections, maintain operational equipment, and report maintenance requirements immediately.
Stock & Facility Support: Assist with physical inventory checks, cycle counts, stock rotation, and general facility maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
Warehouse Experience: Minimum of 3 months of hands-on warehouse experience or relevant vocational training.
Height Comfort: Willingness and physical capability to operate order picking equipment at elevated rack heights.
Physical Capability: Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
Shift Availability: Full availability to work the required night schedule (Week 1: Sun–Wed, 5:00 PM–3:30 AM Week 2: Sun–Tue, 5:00 PM–3:30 AM).
Safety Focus: Strong commitment to occupational health and safety standards, safe equipment operation, and workplace protocols.
