Responsibilities
Operate a sit-down forklift to move goods and perform dock-to-dock loading and unloading tasks
Load and unload products and materials safely and accurately
Organize, manage, and maintain warehouse stock effectively
Strictly adhere to site safety guidelines and operational procedures
Conduct routine equipment checks and report any maintenance concerns promptly
Qualifications
Valid forklift operator certificate
Dangerous Goods certification and WHMIS certification required prior to placement
Previous experience operating a forklift, preferably within a warehouse environment
Completion of pre-employment background check (Triton) and standard documentation (eDocs)
Strong physical endurance and ability to lift heavy loads
Excellent punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail
