As a crucial member of our warehouse operation, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of high-value goods. Your expertise in operating the Reach Truck is paramount for executing core functions, including rapid order picking, accurate inventory put-away, and meticulous cycle counting.
This role requires someone with 1–2 years of proven warehouse experience who is dedicated to maintaining high standards of safety and operational accuracy. Responsibilities
Expert proficiency in the operation of a Reach Truck.
Demonstrated ability to perform accurate picking and inventory tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in scanning and documentation.
Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks to meet daily deadlines.
Working knowledge of basic Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or handheld RF scanners is an asset.
Proven capacity to work independently while also functioning as a cohesive team player.
Qualifications
Valid Certification for Reach Truck or another stand-up forklift.
Minimum of 1-2 years of recent, proven experience in a high-volume warehouse or distribution setting.
Ability to successfully pass a criminal record check.
Must be able to provide two professional supervisory references from the past five years.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties as required by warehouse work.
