In this role, you will be responsible for operating a Sit Down Counterbalance Forklift to efficiently move, stack, load, and unload materials. You’ll play a key part in maintaining smooth operations by working closely with warehouse or production teams and following all safety protocols.
To be successful in this role, you must have a valid forklift certification and at least 1 to 2 years of experience operating a Sit Down Counterbalance Forklift in a warehouse or logistics environment. Responsibilities
Operate sit-down counterbalance and other types of forklifts to transport materials and products.
Safely load, unload, and move goods within the warehouse or production area.
Conduct routine checks and maintenance on forklifts to ensure optimal performance.
Perform inventory checks and data entry as needed.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
Valid forklift certification, preferably with experience operating sit-down counterbalance forklifts.
Proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of order picking, quality control, and data entry.
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
