Job Title: Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate
Work Location : Colborne, ON K0K 1S0
Pay rate: Starts at $23.50 - $24.50 (depending on experience)
Shift Timing: 7:00am – 3:30pm
Start Date : ASAP

Responsibilities
• Operate counterbalance and reach forklifts to move, relocate, and stack inventory.
• Handle all incoming shipments and verify products against purchase orders in the computer system.
• Pick, pack, weigh, and label materials for shipment, ensuring 100% accuracy.
• Manage outdoor yard inventory, including the movement of large cable spools and transformers.
• Load and unload trucks, including specialized flat-deck trailers.
• Perform quality assurance inspections on incoming and returned materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment by following housekeeping and preventative maintenance programs.
• Process customer complaints or feedback by coordinating with the department supervisor.
• Assemble and disassemble warehouse storage solutions like bins, racks, and shelves as needed.
Qualifications
• Valid Forklift Certification (Counterbalance and Reach) is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator in a high-volume manufacturing & logistics environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically strenuous tasks throughout the shift.
• Ownership of certified safety footwear (Steel-toed boots).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of an in-person forklift practical test.
