Responsibilities
Perform 75% of daily tasks operating a sit-down forklift in a fast-paced environment with tight corners
Load and unload materials and freight in and out of trailers on the dock
Perform manual handling tasks, regularly lifting weights between 50 to 75 lbs (25% of the day)
Work independently and collaboratively within a team
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply strictly with all safety regulations
Qualifications
Valid external Forklift license with Dockstocker certification
Demonstrated experience operating a Dockstocker machine
Previous experience in Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) loading and unloading operations
Ability to regularly lift up to 75 lbs
Access to reliable personal transportation (location is not accessible by public transit)
Required safety equipment: Steel-toed boots and safety vest
