As a key member of the manufacturing & logistics team, the Crown Reach Truck Operator will be entrusted with a wide range of critical duties. Your precision and commitment to safety will directly impact the facility's productivity and success.
Crown Reach Truck Operation: Expertly operate a Crown Reach truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise in a high-bay warehouse environment. Your primary function will be navigating narrow aisles to handle pallets with the utmost precision.
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pull, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring the correct quantity and type of product is selected. This includes using RF scanning equipment to maintain inventory accuracy.
Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or using a counterbalance forklift and other material handling equipment.
Packaging and Staging: Perform packaging, shrink-wrapping, and palletizing duties to prepare goods for transit, ensuring loads are secure and stable to prevent damage.
Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by recording the numbers of units handled or moved on daily production sheets or within the warehouse management system.
Safety and Maintenance: Conduct pre-operation inspections on all equipment, including the Crown Reach truck and counterbalance, reporting any maintenance needs or safety concerns immediately to ensure a secure working environment.
