Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Safely operate Reach, Counterbalance, or Order Pickers based on warehouse requirements.
Inventory Control: Use RF Scanners and warehouse systems to ensure accurate stock movement.
Material Handling: Move product between the loading docks and production lines to keep operations moving.
Compliance: Perform daily equipment inspections and adhere to all strict safety and "zero-incident" protocols.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment.
Reliability: Punctuality and consistent attendance are non-negotiable.
Physical Pace: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-density warehouse environment.
Attention to Detail: A focus on precision and safe handling of all materials.
Certification: A valid Forklift License is highly preferred.
