Responsibilities
- Precision Material Handling: Safely and efficiently operate MHE equipment, including Counterbalance, Reach, Order Pickers, or Walkies.
- Streamline the Supply Chain: Lead the loading/unloading of trailers and strategically stage materials to keep production lines moving.
- Inventory Accuracy: Track and log material movements seamlessly using handheld RF scanners.
- Safety Leadership: Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and champion a zero-harm workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Certified Expertise: A valid Forklift Certification is highly preferred (Counterbalance, Reach, Raymond Reach, or Walkie).
- Proven Track Record: At least 1 year of hands-on forklift experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Reliability: A reputation for being punctual, dependable, and a strong team player.
- Sharp Focus: The ability to maintain speed and accuracy when things get busy.
- Safety-First Attitude: A proactive mindset dedicated to keeping yourself and your coworkers safe.
