Responsibilities
Operate forklifts with precision to safely move, stack, and retrieve heavy inventory.
Efficiently load and unload trailers within high-volume shipping and receiving docks.
Maintain a seamless workflow through accurate order picking and stock replenishment.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and proactively report any maintenance needs.
Track real-time product movement using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
Adhere strictly to all safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free workspace.
Achieve daily production and distribution targets in collaboration with the logistics team.
Qualifications
Hold a current certification for Counterbalance, Reach, or Walkie machinery.
Operate safely and efficiently within high-traffic industrial settings.
Demonstrate a proven history of punctuality and professional reliability.
Ability to stand for long durations and lift up to 50 lbs as required.
Commit to a steady, full-time shift schedule in Oakville and Burlington.
