Responsibilities
You aren’t just a driver; you’re the engine that keeps the warehouse moving. Here is how you’ll contribute to the team’s success:
Precision Handling: Navigate your forklift with total control to move, stack, and retrieve inventory safely and efficiently.
Dock Dominance: Take charge of our busy shipping and receiving docks by loading and unloading trailers without missing a beat.
Keep the Flow: Maintain a smooth operation through high-speed order picking and keeping the shelves fully stocked.
Equipment Care: Be our first line of defense by performing daily safety checks and flagging any maintenance needs right away.
Tech-Driven Tracking: Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to keep our inventory data as sharp as your driving.
Safety Champion: Guard the workspace by sticking to all safety protocols—keeping yourself and your teammates out of harm's way.
Hit the Numbers: Partner with the logistics crew to crush our daily production and distribution goals.
Qualifications
Hold a current certification for Counterbalance, Reach, or Walkie machinery.
Operate safely and efficiently within high-traffic industrial settings.
Demonstrate a proven history of punctuality and professional reliability.
Ability to stand for long durations and lift up to 50 lbs as required.
Commit to a steady, full-time shift schedule in Oakville and Burlington.
