Dock Operations: Execute rapid loading and unloading of trailers in a high-volume environment.
Inventory Flow: Ensure seamless operations through efficient order picking and stock replenishment.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily inspections and report issues to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
Digital Integration: Use RF scanners and WMS software for real-time tracking of product movement.
Safety Excellence: Strict adherence to safety protocols to maintain a zero-hazard workspace.
Target Achievement: Collaborate with the team to consistently hit daily distribution and output goals.
Qualifications
Licensed: Valid certification for Counterbalance, Dock Stocker, Reach, or Walkie machinery.
Experienced: Proven track record of safe operation in high-traffic industrial environments.
Reliable: A documented history of punctuality and professional dependability.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
Availability: Committed to a consistent, full-time schedule in the Oakville and Burlington area.
