Pay Rate: Competitive wage of $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on proven experience and performance.
Schedule: Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
Shift Time: Consistent day shift, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Materials Handling: Expertly operate both Counterbalance and Reach Forklifts to transport, relocate, and organize products and materials throughout the warehouse.
- Shipping & Receiving: Efficiently load and unload delivery trucks and containers, ensuring all goods are handled safely and quickly to maintain flow through the loading dock.
- Order Staging: Accurately stack, build, and prepare palletized orders for outbound shipment, focusing on stability and precision to prevent damage in transit.
- Operational Support: Assist the warehouse team with general tasks, including inventory organization, cycle counting support, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety in all work areas.
Qualifications
- A valid Forklift Operator certification covering both Counterbalance and Reach trucks.
- A solid history of safe and proficient forklift operation in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution setting.
- A commitment to adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality record.
