The Role:
You aren’t just moving pallets; you’re managing the heartbeat of our warehouse. We need a proactive professional who navigates industrial equipment with finesse and ensures our logistics chain remains seamless and safe.
Key Responsibilities:
Precision Maneuvering: Expertly operate lift trucks to load, unload, and stack materials with zero-error accuracy.
Workflow Integration: Keep production lines fed and ensure finished goods are organized and ready for departure.
Safety Stewardship: Lead by example with daily equipment checks and proactive hazard identification.
Spatial Mastery: Solve the "warehouse puzzle" by navigating tight layouts and complex inventory with ease.
What You Bring:
Proven Experience: Background in material handling or forklift operation (Certification preferred).
Advantages
- $19 to $23 per hour, based on your demonstrated skill and relevant experience.
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
- Flexible Shift Options: Find a schedule that fits your life. We offer numerous full-time roles across Day, Afternoon, and Night shifts.

Responsibilities
Safe and efficient operation of all assigned forklift equipment
Loading and unloading trailers
Moving pallets and products throughout the warehouse
Staging, wrapping, and organizing inventory
Supporting shipping and receiving tasks
Maintaining clean and safe work areas
Communicating clearly with supervisors and team members
Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 months of experience operating a Forklift.
Valid forklift license (Reach, Dock Stocker, SDCB, Walkie)
Great communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment
Strong attendance and reliability
Able to lift up to 50 lbs as required
Have reliable personal transportation (a car), as many sites are not serviced by public transit.
