Responsibilities
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently maneuver Counterbalance, Reach, or Order Picker trucks.
- Inventory Tracking: Utilize RF scanners to accurately manage, track, and log product movement.
- Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Keep the facility moving by loading/unloading trailers and supplying production lines.
- Safety Maintenance: Conduct routine pre-shift forklift inspections and champion a zero-harm work environment.
Qualifications
- Licensing: A current, valid Forklift Certification is preferred.
- Reliability: A track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Proven experience: 1 year of forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Efficiency: Comfort working at a steady, productive pace in an active logistics setting.
- Mindset: A proactive, "safety-first" attitude toward every task.
