Responsibilities
- Precision Driving: Efficiently and safely maneuver Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as Counterbalance, Reach, Order Pickers, or Walkies.
- Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Manage supply chain flow by loading/unloading trailers and staging materials for production lines.
- Digital Inventory Tracking: Maintain high data accuracy by utilizing handheld RF scanners to log stock movements.
- Safety Ownership: Perform standard pre-shift equipment inspections and champion a zero-harm workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Credentials: Valid Forklift Certification is highly preferred (Reach, Counterbalance, Walkie, or Raymond Reach).
- Experience: 1 year of proven forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment.
- Track Record: A history of reliability, punctuality, and great teamwork.
- Operational Speed: Ability to stay sharp and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Safety-First Mindset: A proactive approach to keeping yourself and your teammates safe.
