Responsibilities
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate Counterbalance forklifts, Raymond Reach trucks, Order Pickers, or Electric Pallet Jacks (Walkies).
- Freight Handling: Load and unload incoming/outgoing shipments, ensure cargo integrity, and staged goods for transport.
- RF Scanning & Inventory Control: Track product movement accurately using handheld RF scanners to update inventory systems in real time.
- Routine Maintenance & Safety: Complete pre-operation equipment checklists and maintain an organized, hazard-free work area.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience operating industrial forklifts within a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing facility.
- Certification: Active or recently expired forklift certification/ticket (Counterbalance, Reach Truck, or Electric Walkie preferred).
- Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform active manual labor as needed throughout the shift.
- Dependability: Proven track record of strong attendance, punctuality, and a safety-conscious mindset.
