Responsibilities
Your core responsibilities will include:
Expert Forklift Operation: Skillfully operating the sit-down counterbalance forklift to safely and efficiently move products throughout the facility.
Order Fulfillment: Playing a direct role in getting products ready for customers by meticulously participating in the picking and packing process.
Inventory Integrity: Contributing to accurate stock levels by conducting inventory checks and counts based on current orders.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with your teammates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Physical Contribution: Occasionally assisting the team with the safe, physical handling of heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) when required.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
A valid forklift certification (This is a must-have!).
Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift (reach experience is a strong asset).
1-2 years of previous experience in a warehouse or industrial setting.
The ability to be physically fit and lift up to 50 lbs.
The ability to pass drug and alcohol testing.
