As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in the heart of our client’s production facility. This position requires versatility, as you will be responsible for material handling, inventory movement, and ensuring the seamless flow of goods through the warehouse. We are looking for a Forklift Operator who is comfortable with rotating shifts, including days, afternoons, and nights. In addition to a competitive base rate of $21/hr, this Forklift Operator position offers attractive shift premiums for afternoon and night rotations, rewarding your flexibility and commitment. Safety is our top priority; therefore, a valid external license for both Counterbalance and Reach trucks is mandatory for this Forklift Operator role.

• Operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts safely within a busy manufacturing environment.
• Move raw materials and finished goods to designated storage or production areas.
• Load and unload trailers using power industrial trucks.
• Perform manual material handling and lifting up to 50 pounds as required.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections to ensure forklift safety and functionality.
• Use RF scanners or manual logs to track inventory movements accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support facility safety standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets.
Qualifications
• Valid external forklift certification for Counterbalance and Reach trucks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule (Days, Afternoons, and Nights).
• Previous experience in fabrication et logistique or a similar industrial field.
• Reliable transportation to the Guelph facility.
