Responsibilities
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate various Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including Counterbalance, Reach trucks, Order Pickers, or Walkies.
- Logistics Support: Keep production flowing by accurately loading/unloading shipping trailers and organizing inventory.
- Inventory Tracking: Utilize handheld RF scanners to scan, log, and track product movements in real-time.
- Safety Champion: Perform daily pre-operational equipment inspections and commit to maintaining a zero-injury workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Credentials: A valid Forklift License is highly preferred (Counterbalance, Reach, Raymond Reach, or Walkie).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse or industrial setting.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality, strong attendance, and a collaborative team attitude.
- Precision: Ability to stay sharp, focused, and efficient in a high-volume production environment.
