Responsibilities
- Material Movement: Efficiently operate Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, Order Picker, or Walkie machinery to load, unload, and transfer inventory.
- Logistics & Warehousing: Stage orders, unload inbound trailers, and maintain clean, accessible aisleways.
- Inventory Verification: Utilize handheld RF scanners to record product movement and uphold stock accuracy.
- Safety & Maintenance: Conduct required pre-shift equipment inspections and uphold facility safety standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year operating material handling equipment within a fast-paced warehouse or industrial setting.
- Certification: Active external or internal certification for Counterbalance, Reach, or Walkie equipment.
- Work Ethic: Strong attendance record, safety-first mindset, and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Detail-Oriented: Capability to handle heavy materials precisely while maintaining daily pick and staging targets.
