Responsibilities
- Material Handling & Equipment Operation: Safely drive Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, Order Picker, or Walkie trucks to move, stage, load, and unload product.
- Logistics & Inventory Support: Process incoming freight, organize staging areas, and maintain orderly aisles across the warehouse floor.
- Scanning & Accuracy: Use RF scanners to scan barcodes, manage stock movements, and verify inventory counts.
- Safety Standards: Conduct routine pre-shift equipment inspections and strictly adhere to all health and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Hands-on Experience: Minimum 1 year operating material handling equipment within a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting.
- Valid Certification: Active internal or external license/certification for Counterbalance, Reach Truck, or Power Walkie.
- Reliability & Team Spirit: Dependable attendance, strong attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
- Physical Readiness: Comfortable lifting, performing active warehouse duties, and meeting target pick goals.
