Responsibilities
Equipment Mastery: Execute daily duties as a Forklift Operator, safely maneuvering a variety of machinery—including Reach, Counterbalance, Order Picker, Dock Stocker, and Walkie forklifts—through tight and intricate warehouse configurations.
Freight Management: Direct the flow of goods by executing accurate inbound receiving, strategic inventory put-away, and outbound trailer loading.
Order Optimization: Meet daily throughput targets by utilizing RF scanners to pick, pack, verify, and stage client shipments with zero errors.
Inventory Integrity: Assist with quality control measures, including routine cycle counts and detailed stock audits, to maintain data accuracy.
Operational Support: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and perform physical warehouse tasks as required, including lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
Valid Credentials: Possession of an active, legally compliant Forklift Operator certification for Reach, Counterbalance, Order Picker, Dock Stocker, or Walkie machinery.
Proven Track Record: A demonstrable history of working as a Forklift Operator productively, swiftly, and safely in high-volume distribution settings.
Professional Reliability: A solid reputation for exceptional punctuality, consistent attendance, and professional workplace conduct.
Physical Capabilities: Capacity to stand for the duration of an extended shift and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Availability: Ready to commit to a full-time schedule to ensure steady, ongoing weekly hours.
